Robert De Niro Slams Trump as "Total Monster" on Bill Maher Show

Whoa, did you catch Robert De Niro's fiery appearance on Real Time With Bill Maher last Friday? The legendary actor did not mince words when it came to sharing his thoughts on former President Donald Trump.

"He's such a mean, nasty, hateful person," De Niro fumed. "I'd never play him as an actor, because I can't see any good in him. Nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing redeemable in him." Yikes, tell us how you really feel, Bob!

With the 2024 election likely shaping up to be a Biden vs. Trump rematch, De Niro warned that another Trump term would be a total "nightmare." He's clearly still reeling from Trump's shock win back in 2016. "It can't be. It cannot be," he pleaded. "If he wins the election, you won't be on this show anymore. He'll come looking for me." Sounds pretty ominous!

De Niro had some harsh words for Trump's diehard supporters too. While he admitted to having a hard time understanding their perspective, he speculated they back Trump because "They want to fuck with people, screw them, because they're unhappy about something."

But the actor was just getting warmed up. To a huge round of applause, he straight up called Trump "a sociopathic, psychopathic, malignant narcissist" and "a dangerous person." De Niro clearly thinks folks who believe Trump will solve all their problems are deluding themselves big time.

Reflecting on Trump's pre-politics days as a NYC real estate bigwig, De Niro bluntly stated, "He was an idiot. He was a clown." Ouch, no love lost there! He wrapped up his epic rant by comparing Trump to a schoolyard bully propped up by his posse of yes-men. "He's got to be stopped," De Niro declared.

So there you have it - Robert De Niro's unfiltered, no-holds-barred take on the Donald. Tell us how you really feel next time! One thing's for sure, if Trump does end up back in the White House, he probably shouldn't expect any dinner party invites from De Niro. Talk about burning bridges!
